Apartment is good with all daily necessaries .but lots of discrimination.As receptionist are Bengalis.They discromate indians a lot.As if the recipient has paid for us.cleanliness service .room services r zero.They dont provide anything until we demand .we were totally disappointed n wanted to change.i will advice everyone not to rent this apartment at no cost.we r travellers we need only smiling face n kind discipline staff.Mr sunny the way he behaves is worst.we were tochered in a v bad way.No end to write their ill behaviour with poor passengers.

It is an affordable apartment hotel which offers spacious bedroom apartments. It worked well for me and my family as we wanted lots of space and a good price. It has its own indoors car park as well..

Hi I stayed yesterday in a 2 bed room apartment ( hell#123 ) The room was in a very dirty situation... stinky smoking smells.. very dirty floor that with 2 steps only will turn your feet into black. Some foods kept in the toilets the time we get the room ( corn & some chips ) . I should have asked to change the room but I was coming in late and a long trip where I just need to get some sleep I recall the time the hotel opened a year ago.. was excellent & I recommend to a-lot of my friends.. now i should show this comment as an apology for my bad recommendation.

The Hotel is nice for family not looking for the elegant reception, Elegant furniture, Elegant breakfast. I like it and will visit again (check in v.good, room size is perfect 👌, price is amazing on that date if you compared it with other hotel without breakfast , the parking area v.good with diffrent floor. Not inclding this hotel night club. The location little bit difficult need to consider of street No. or Google map. check out was nice. Room service v.good. The view is cool and you can see part of the sea. This hotel for the people looking for clean hotel, organized will follow the standardisation with best price.

Pros: We stayed for 4 nights, Sunday to Thursday before Eid. The 2-bedroom apartment was spacious, light, simply but tastefully furnished and well-equipped with brand new kitchen appliances. The double beds were enormous and very comfortable. There were always secure parking spaces available onsite and the location near Alosra supermarket was reasonably convenient for Juffair restaurants. The lifts were fast, important as there are around 25 floors and only 2 lifts. We could see the sea from the 20th floor although the view will reduce as the area continues to develop. Very helpful staff when being shown our room and ordering food to be delivered. Cons: The only real issue was housekeeping. No-one cleaned at all on Monday, so I requested housekeeping on Tuesday. This was done but the rubbish in the kitchen was not removed; this only happened after 2 calls to Reception and a reminder via a member of staff who came to our apartment for another reason. I also requested housekeeping the following day but no-one came, so the apartment was only cleaned once during our 4-night/5-day stay. There were literally thousands of TV channels so a TV guide would be useful, especially for English programmes as the majority were in Arabic. The air conditioning for the bedrooms was shared which was inconvenient. There were no single beds, which I had requested in the second bedroom when booking, and no baby cot. I had emailed them directly about this twice between booking and arriving without a response, so eventually called them. There was a balcony but no key. The pool was very small and very warm.
